Clause 2

Section 4 of the Companies Act (hereinafter in this Act referred to as “the principal Act”) is hereby amended by deleting the words “or documents” appearing in the second and third lines of the definition of “accounts” therein and substituting therefor the expression “(other than auditors’ reports or directors’ reports)”.
