Clause 26

Paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of section 73 of the principal Act is hereby amended by deleting the expression “sole trader concerned or in the case of a member firm, of the partner or partners concerned, or in the case of a member company, of the director or directors concerned” appearing at the end thereof and substituting therefor the words “director or directors of the member company concerned”.
