Amendment of section 76
Section 76 of the principal Act is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “the sole trader or the partners in the member firm or the directors of” appearing in the fifth and sixth lines of paragraph (b) of subsection (2) thereof; and
(b)
by deleting the word “stockbroker” wherever it appears in subsection (6) thereof and substituting therefor in each case the words “member company”.
