Amendment of section 81

Subsection (2) of section 81 of the principal Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “sole trader or member firm or” wherever they appear therein; and

(b)

by inserting immediately after the word “apportionment” appearing in the eleventh line thereof the word “of”.
