Amendment of section 82
Section 82 of the principal Act is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting subsection (2) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(2) Any such contract may be entered into in relation to member companies generally, or in relation to any particular member company or member companies named therein, or in relation to member companies generally with the exclusion of any particular member company or member companies named therein.”;
(b)
by deleting the word “stockbroker” appearing in the fourth line of subsection (3) thereof and substituting therefor the words “member company”; and
(c)
by deleting the word “him” appearing at the end of subsection (3) thereof and substituting therefor the word “it”.
