Clause 7

Section 21 of the principal Act is hereby amended by inserting immediately after subsection (2) thereof the following subsection: —“(3) No holder of a representative’s licence shall work for or have an arrangement with a dealer or investment adviser who is not the dealer or investment adviser in relation to which his licence was issued unless he has lodged a notice in the prescribed form with the Registrar.”.
