Clause 8

Amendment of section 25

Section 25 of the principal Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by inserting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (d) of subsection (1) thereof;

(b)

by deleting paragraph (e) of subsection (1) thereof;

(c)

by deleting subsection (3) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(3) In this Part a reference to securities is a reference to securities which are quoted on a stock exchange in Singapore.”.
