Clause 9

Evidentiary provision

In any proceedings for an offence under this Act a certificate purporting to be signed by the General Manager of the Board, or by the person performing the duties of the General Manager for the time being, and stating that any person described in the certificate is or is not licensed under this Act, shall be sufficient evidence of the matters stated in the certificate.
