Clause 10

by deleting the words “four hundred dollars and in the case of a second or subsequent offence to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months” appearing at the end of subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the words “one thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months and in the case of a second or subsequent offence to a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months”; and

by inserting immediately after the word “offence” appearing in the first line of subsection (3) thereof the expression “, and every notice or other document required or authorised to be given or served,”.
