Amendment of section 83

Subsection (6) of section 83 of the principal Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by inserting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (c) thereof;

(b)

by deleting paragraph (d) thereof; and

(c)

by re-lettering paragraph (e) thereof as paragraph (d).
