Amendment of section 23

Subsection (1) of section 23 of the principal Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the expression “sections 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 46 of” appearing in the second line thereof; and

(b)

by deleting the word “for” appearing in the third line thereof and substituting therefor the word “from”.
