Clause 10

Subject to the regulations made under this Act, every cadet may be discharged from the Corps on the expiration of the period for which he was enrolled.

The Commandant may, on the recommendation of the officer-in-charge of a unit, dismiss any cadet of that unit.

In the case of a cadet who is a student of a school, the concurrence of the principal of the school to which the cadet belongs shall be obtained by the Commandant before he dismisses the cadet.
