National Police Cadet Corps Council
(1)
For the purpose of the administration of matters relating to the Corps, there shall be established the National Police Cadet Corps Council consisting of the following members who shall be appointed by the Minister: —
(a)
a Chairman;
(b)
a Deputy Chairman and two other members from among persons nominated by the Commissioner of Police; and
(c)
such other number of members as the Minister may see fit to appoint.
(2)
The Council may delegate any of its functions and powers to any officers of the Police Force or to any officer appointed under this Act.
(3)
The Council may meet at such intervals as it thinks fit and may regulate its own procedure.
