Clause 3

Subsection (1) of section 7 of the principal Act is hereby amended by deleting the words “an annual sum of not less than twenty-five dollars” appearing in the second and third lines thereof and substituting therefor the expression “such annual sum, as may be determined from time to time by the Council on the recommendation of the Board,”.
