Amendment of section 13

Section 13 of the principal Act is hereby amended by deleting subsection (3) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(3) All members of the Board are eligible for re-election:Provided that those members who are representatives of member, or associate, organizations shall not be eligible for re-election unless they are confirmed as representatives of such organizations.”.
