Clause 7

Amendment of section 15

Section 15 of the principal Act is hereby amended by deleting subsection (4) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(4) A general meeting other than the Annual General Meeting shall be held every six months after the Annual General Meeting of the Council.”.
