Repeal and re-enactment of section 19
Section 19 of the principal Act is hereby repealed and the following substituted therefor: —“Annual subscription19.—
(1)
On or after the 1st day of January of each year every member organization shall pay to the Council an annual subscription of an amount to be determined from time to time by the Council on the recommendation of the Board.(2) The Board may in its discretion waive the whole or any part of such subscription payable by a member organization.”.
