Clause 15

Penalty for inciting, etc., a person to become a member of an unlawful martial art association

(1)

A person who incites, induces or invites another person to become a member of, or to assist in the management of, an unlawful martial art association shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding three thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both such fine and imprisonment.

(2)

A person who uses any violence, threat or intimidation towards any person in order to induce him to become a member of, or to assist in the management of, an unlawful martial art association shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding four thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding four years or to both such fine and imprisonment.
