Clause 23

Penalty for furnishing false particulars in an application for registration as trainee

A person who —

(a)

in an application for registration as a trainee under section 22, furnishes or supplies any particulars which he knows or has reasonable cause to believe are false; or

(b)

receives instruction in any form of martial art from another person who is not the holder of a valid instructor’s certificate,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
