Clause 30

Penalty for furnishing false particulars or instructing martial art to person not registered under this Act

A person who —

(a)

in an application for an instructor’s certificate under subsection (1) of section 25, furnishes or supplies any particulars which he knows or has reasonable cause to believe are false; or

(b)

instructs another person, who is not registered as a trainee under this Act, in any form of martial art,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
