Amendment of section 49
Subsection (1) of section 49 of the principal Act is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting paragraph (b) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(b)the person to whom it may be sold and the persons who are allowed to stay in the flat, house or other building, including the qualifications as to income, the minimum number in the family, citizenship of and ownership of any other properties by all or any such persons;”; and
(b)
by inserting immediately after the word “use” appearing in the first line of paragraph (f) thereof the expression “, management and control”.
