Clause 7

Section 43 of the principal Act is hereby amended by inserting immediately after subsection (2) thereof the following new subsection: —“(3) Any assignment, mortgage, transfer, charge or lease by an owner of a flat, house or other building sold subject to the provisions of this Part which would not be void but for the provisions of this section, shall be deemed to be valid for the purposes of any legal proceedings instituted by the Board under sections 48, 48A and 48F of this Act.”.
