Clause 48

Any person who contravenes the provisions of subsection (2), (3) or (4) of section 44 or subsection (2) or (3) of section 45 or subsection (2) of section 46 or subsection (3) of section 47 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both such fine and imprisonment.
