Disposal of goods forfeited
(1)
All goods which are forfeited to the Government under this Act shall be disposed of in such manner as the Minister thinks fit.
(2)
The Minister may, in his discretion and after any proceedings under this Act are concluded, entertain and give effect to any claim to or in respect of goods which have been forfeited to the Government.
