Clause 76
Repeal and consequential amendments
(1)
The Medicines (Advertisement and Sale) Act (Cap. 161) and the Sale of Drugs Act (Cap. 167) are hereby repealed and any subsidiary legislation made under those Acts are hereby revoked.
(2)
The Poisons Act (Cap. 164) is hereby amended in the manner set out in the Second Schedule.
