Clause 23

Any permission or approval granted, notice given or other thing done under the Botanic Gardens Act, the Trees and Plants (Preservation and Improvement of Amenities) Act, 1970, or section 79 or Part V of the Local Government Integration Act which, immediately before the date of the coming into operation of this Act, was of force or effect shall continue in force and have effect as if granted, given or done under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
