Clause 9
Trees and plants planted pursuant to sections 7 and 8 not to be damaged or removed
(1)
No person shall wilfully damage, destroy or remove a tree or plant which has been planted pursuant to section 7 or 8.
(2)
Any person who contravenes the provisions of subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars.
