Clause 22
Power of Director to require goods for testing or analysis and furnishing of information
The Director may require any person carrying on a trade or business which consists of or includes the manufacture, assembly, production or importation of any goods in respect of which regulations made under section 11 are applicable —
(a)
to supply free of charge to the Director samples of goods for the purpose of testing or analysis; and
(b)
to furnish to the Director such information as he may require in respect of such goods.
