Clause 10

Section 90 of the principal Act is hereby repealed and the following substituted therefor: —“Decision

90. On the termination of hearing, a subordinate military court shall, either at once or on some future date which shall either then be appointed for the purpose or of which notice shall subsequently be given to the parties, announce its finding or sentence or both.”.
