Clause 13

Amendment of section 112

Section 112 of the principal Act is hereby amended by deleting subsection (4) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(4) The reviewing authority may —

(a)

at any time on its own motion; and

(b)

upon receipt of a petition under subsection (3) of this section shall, as soon as practicable after considering the matters alleged in the petition,review the finding or sentence.”.
