Amendment of section 116
Section 116 of the principal Act is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting the expression “imprisonment,” appearing in the first line of subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the words “imprisonment or special detention in a disciplinary barrack”; and
(b)
by inserting immediately after the word “imprisonment” appearing in the first line of subsection (2) thereof the words “or special detention in a disciplinary barrack”.
