Clause 26

Amendment of section 197

Section 197 of the principal Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “and” appearing at the end of paragraph (s) thereof;

(b)

by inserting immediately after paragraph (s) thereof the following paragraph: —“(t)the establishment, maintenance and application of a fund to be known as the Singapore Armed Forces Central Welfare Fund; and”; and

(c)

by re-lettering the existing paragraph (t) thereof as paragraph (u).
