Repeal and re-enactment of section 76
Section 76 of the principal Act is hereby repealed and the following substituted therefor: —“Limitation on disciplinary proceedings76.—
(1)
Subject to subsection (2) of this section no person shall be tried by a disciplinary officer after the expiry of six months from the date of the commission of the offence.(2) A person may be tried by a disciplinary officer within three years of the date of commission of the offence if he is a reservist or has been released or discharged within six months after the commission of the offence.”.
