Clause 24

Prohibition on construction, etc., of sewerage system and sanitary facilities, without Director’s permission

No person shall, without the permission of the Director, —

(a)

construct any sewerage system or alter or in any way interfere with any sewerage system; or

(b)

construct or alter any sanitary facilities.
