Penalty for obstructing Director in his duty
Any person who at any time hinders, obstructs or molests the Director or any person authorised by him in that behalf, in the performance and execution of his duty or of anything which he is empowered or required to do under this Act or interferes with any work authorised to be done under this Act, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
