Clause 53

Receipts and notices may be given by officer authorised thereunto

(1)

All notices, orders, receipts, warrants and other documents of any nature which the Director is empowered to give by this Act or under any regulations made thereunder may be given by any public officer authorised thereunto by the Director.

(2)

Where any such notice, order, warrant or document requires authentication, the signature or a facsimile thereof of the Director or any public officer authorised thereunto by the Director affixed thereto shall be sufficient authentication.
