Clause 55
Appeal to Minister against notices and declarations
(1)
Any person who is aggrieved by any notice or declaration by the Director under this Act may, within fourteen days or one month of the date of such notice or declaration, respectively, appeal in writing to the Minister, whereupon the execution of the notice or the doing of the thing required to be done shall be stayed.
(2)
The Minister may confirm, vary or rescind the notice or direct that the thing shall be proceeded with, varied or abandoned, as the case may be, or make any order which the Director is competent to make under this Act and the decision of the Minister thereon shall be final.
