Amendment of section 128
Subsection (1) of section 128 of the Code is hereby amended by deleting paragraphs (b) and (c) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(b)of any offence punishable under section 193, 194, 195, 196, 199, 200, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211 or 228 of the Penal Code, except with the previous sanction of the Public Prosecutor; or
(c)
of any offence described in section 463 or punishable under section 471, 475 or 476 of the Penal Code, except with the previous sanction of the Public Prosecutor.”.
