Clause 2

Amendment of section 7

Subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ngee Ann Technical College Act (hereinafter in this Act referred to as “the principal Act”) is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (c) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(c)three members appointed by the Minister to represent the Government;”; and

(b)

by deleting paragraph (g) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(g)such number of members to represent commercial, industrial and professional”; and
