Clause 28

Where an order has been made by the Commissioner under section 25 it shall be enforced by a District Court in the same manner as a judgment of that Court and all necessary processes may be served by the Court on behalf of the Commissioner:Provided that no sale of immovable property shall for the purposes of such enforcement be ordered except by the High Court.
