Clause 1
Short title
This Act may be cited as the Income Tax (Amendment No. 2) Act, 1975.(2) Section 3(a) of this Act shall have effect from the 1st day of April 1975.(3) Sections 4 and 8 of this Act shall have effect for the year of assessment 1976 and subsequent years of assessment.
