Clause 2

Section 2 of the Income Tax Act (hereinafter in this Act referred to as “the principal Act”) is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the word “by” appearing in the fourth line of the definition of “Comptroller” therein the expression “subsection (5) of section 45 and”.
