Clause 1
Short title
This Act may be cited as the Income Tax (Amendment) Act, 1975.(2) Sections 3(a), 4, 6, 7 and 8 of this Act shall have effect for the year of assessment 1974 and subsequent years of assessment.(3) Sections 3(b), 5 and 18 of this Act shall have effect for the year of assessment 1975 and subsequent years of assessment.

This Act may be cited as the Income Tax (Amendment) Act, 1975.
(2)
Sections 3(a), 4, 6, 7 and 8 of this Act shall have effect for the year of assessment 1974 and subsequent years of assessment.
(3)
Sections 3(b), 5 and 18 of this Act shall have effect for the year of assessment 1975 and subsequent years of assessment.
