Clause 34

The master, owner or agent of every vessel and any person supplying food to such vessel shall ensure that the food and water supplied to the vessel is fit for human consumption.

The master, owner or any person in charge of any vessel or vehicle employed for carrying food or water intended for human consumption shall ensure that his vessel or vehicle and the food and water receptacles therein are in a clean and sanitary condition.

Any person who contravenes the provisions of this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars.
