Clause 57

No misnomer or inaccurate description of any person, thing or place named or described in any document prepared, issued or served by virtue of or for the purposes of this Act or any regulations made thereunder shall in any way affect the operation of this Act or any such regulations as respects that person, thing or place if that person, thing or place is so designated in the document as to be identifiable, and no proceedings taken under or by virtue of this Act or any such regulations shall be invalid for want of form.
