Clause 3

by deleting subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(1) As soon as may be after the 1st day of April but not later than the 31st day of July in every year, unless otherwise authorised in writing by the Minister, the Commission shall prepare a report of its activities in the preceding financial year and shall send a copy of such report to the Minister who shall present a copy of every such report to Parliament.(2) For the year 1976 the Commission shall prepare a report of its activities from the 1st day of January 1976 to the 31st day of March 1977.”; and

by renumbering subsections (2) and (3) thereof as subsections (3) and (4).
