Notice of general meeting
(1)
The Board shall send a notice of every general meeting to the members at least fourteen days prior to any such meeting being held, and such notice shall specify the date, time and place for the holding of the meeting, the nature of the business to be transacted thereat and, in case of special business, concise particulars thereof.
(2)
The accidental omission to give such notice to, and the non-receipt of such notice by, a member shall not invalidate the proceedings at any meeting.
