Clause 17

The Register of Members, the minutes of proceedings of all general meetings of the Foundation and of all meetings of the Board and all books of account of the Foundation shall be kept at the office of the Foundation and shall, subject to such rules as may be in force, be open to inspection by members, provided that the written permission of the Chairman or of a director is obtained prior to such inspection.
