Clause 3

Establishment and incorporation of the Foundation

There is hereby established a body corporate, to be known as the “Singapore Labour Foundation”, which —

(a)

has perpetual succession;

(b)

shall have a common seal;

(c)

may sue and be sued in its corporate name;

(d)

may perform such other acts as bodies corporate may by law perform; and

(e)

may exercise such powers as are conferred by, under or by virtue of, this Act.
