General administrative control of the work of the Foundation
The Board may appoint one of the directors to exercise, subject to the direction of the Board, general administrative control over the work of the Foundation, and any appointment so made may be honorary, or at the discretion of the Board, remunerated at such rate as the Board may, from time to time, determine.
